2. The above petition was filed to amend the court name and jurisdiction as District Munsif, Omalur in stead of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and this Court has ordered the petition on 10.11.2021.

3. Thereafter on verification of records, it came to know that the jurisdiction of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem is correct and the petition was wrongly filed by the petitioner. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification'.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition is filed for wrong jurisdiction of the Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
