ORDER

The revision petitioner filed this petition seeking direction to dispose of R.E.P.No.8 of 2018 in O.S.No.35 of 2004 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Revision Petition even without notice to the respondents.

3. A perusal of the docket entry furnished in the typed set of papers suggests that the Execution Petition is pending before the file of District Munsif, Dharmapuri from October 2018 in the stage of counter.

4. There is no substantial progress in the Execution proceedings from October 2018 to till date. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri to dipose of R.E.P.No.8 of 2018 in O.S.No.35 of 2004 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
