Petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent connected with petitioner's transfer of "Insurance Agency" and quash the impugned illegal letter issued by the second respondent dated 09.02.2002 stating that the petitioner's Agency was transferred by "Oversight" from Rasipuram to Salem East LIC Branch and also direct the other respondents to confirm her earlier transfer intimation dated 01.10.2001 and permit the petitioner to continue her agency with Salem East LIC Branch as Direct Agency. The petitioner further prays to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to renew the Composite Licence w.e.f.8.5.2002 (Agency Code No.34176F, Old Licence No.524 76F, New Licence No.457521) For Petitioner ..
