Crl.O.P.No.17192 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 112 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 1 kgs of Nitrave tablet. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity and also he is having 7 previous cases. Hence, he raised objection to grant

bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also the petitioner is having 7 previous cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
