ORDER

Seeking to set aside the award dated 29.04.2009, the present Original Petition has been filed.

2.Though the matter stands posted under the caption 'for orders', learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that change of vakalat along with papers have already been given to the petitioner. This petition is pending for about seven years. Therefore, there is no point in keeping the matter pending. In such view of the matter, the original petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for restoration of the petition, if they are so advised. No costs.
