COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 223 days in filing second appeals against the decree and judgment dated 17.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Namakkal, in A.S.Nos.25, 26 & 24 of 2017, respectively.

2. The other side did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the facts and circumstances, the present petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeals if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 18.02.2026.
