ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month, at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal' imposed in paragraph No.5(ii) of the order, dated 09.08.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.7543 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.368 of 2021 on the file of this Court.

2. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the said condition is relaxed.
