Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned communication dated 18.10.2012 in Letter No.41728/J4/2012, communicated from the 1st respondent herein to 3rd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue their studies and complete the course in the 3rd respondent College, without any disturbances.
