O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.05.2011, 11.01.2012 and 08.12.2016, wherein he has sought for appointment on compassionate ground.

2. The petitioner's father, while working as Senior Ticket Officer in the respondent Transport Corporation, died due to illness on 17.04.2011. After the demise of his father, the petitioner submitted an application dated 18.05.2011 along with Legal Heir Certificate, Death Certificate and Educational Qualification Certificate, seeking compassionate appointment and it has also been forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.K.Gandhi, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, sought for four weeks time to consider the pending representations.

4. Placing on record the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 18.05.2011, 11.01.2012 and 08.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
