The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2020 and initiate action against the 3rd respondent for operating a full fledged commercial establishment in Plot No.19, 8th Cross Street, Anand Nagar, Thoraipakkam, Chennai 600 097, thereby causing inconvenience and hardship to the residents of the locality, without getting necessary approval and licence from the statutory authorities. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
