ORDER

In this miscellaneous petition, on 14.09.2022, this court has ordered notice through court and granted Interim Stay of execution of the sale deed alone, until further orders. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till now. Hence, the interim Stay already granted is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
