A.No.3563 of 2023 is filed to permit the Applicant to file additional proof affidavit of DW.1, Mrs.Sandra Fonda in C.S.No.606 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the Applications being ordered and with reference to the documents, it is his contention that the contents of the documents have to be proved by the applicant.
