The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to join the ITI (Electrician) Course - 2021 and continue the said Course without insisting upon the production of Community Certificate.

2. The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance, since the academic year expired. The Electrician Course is of two years and the period has already expired. Therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner.

3. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
