The matter has been listed under the caption 'for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner indicating that they are only prayed for appointment of the petitioner as guardian of the person of the minor child Pranavsarvesh only and not the property.

2. However, the order copy indicates that both of his person and property hence, seeks to delete the appointment with regard to the property.

3. A perusal of the prayer in the petitioner, the petitioner had sought only an appointment of a person as guardian of a minor and his property.

4. In view of the same, Registry is directed to delete the word 'property' falling in clause 1 in paragraph no.3 of the order and issue a fresh copy of the order.
