Prayer: Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, thereby calling for entire records pertaining to the order in Ref.G.O.(Ms) No.588, dated 21.09.2021 passed by the first respondent, confirming the order in Na.Ka.No.22017/2017/A1, dated 12.03.2018 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal ultra virus and against the principles of natural justice and thereby directing the respondents to confirm the petitioners' possession in the subject matter of the property in Old Survey No.1/12, Chinna Sekkadu Village, covering under patta No.115 issued by the Tahshildhar, Saidapet Taluk. (Order of this Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) When the writ petition came up for hearing on 28.10.2022, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted next week under the caption " for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, which clearly shows that the petitioners are not interested in
prosecuting the case.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
