Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order passed against the petitioners / Accused-4 and 5 in Crl.M.P.No.9529 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.414 of 2018 order dated 19.07.2018 directing them to appear on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. before the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions at Chennai until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 19.07.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.9529 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court once in thee months (3) on the first working day of the concerned English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, commencing from December 2019.
