ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2026.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 4. Perused the materials available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Central Crime Branch (CCB), EDF-III, Beta-7, is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after conducting due enquiry by issuing notice to the parties concerned, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
