Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing on 13.06.2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellants, whereas the learned counsel for the respondent was present. Therefore, this Court had posted the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.06.2023.
2. Today (14.06.2023) when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the appellants. Thus, it can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
