ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to forthwith give posting Orders to the petitioner in any vacancy in the TASMAC Wine Shops by considering and pass Orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as a Bar Attender by the TASMAC and he was continuously working in the TASMAC for more than three years. While so, the TASMAC Wine Shop No.1894, in which the petitioner was working, was closed due to difference of opinion and objection made by the building owner. The respondent assured all the staff of the said TASMAC Shop that they would be reposted in any other TASMAC Wine Shop very soon. However, the respondent did no re-post the petitioner in any vacancy in the TASMAC Wine shops. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 29.09.2021 and the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondent to repost the petitioner in any TASMAC Wine Shop.

3. Considering the limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2021 and pass Orders on the same on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
