The petitioner would state that it is a registered society and got registered with the Registrar of the jurisdictional Authority on 09.06.2014 and also given representation to the respondents expressing their willingness to do the work and the grievance expressed by them is that the respondents failed to allot any works which pertains to the irrigation and the petitioner association in this regard, has submitted representation dated 22.06.2016, to the respondents and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent. This Court heard the submissions of Mrs.D.Reena Iswariya, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
