ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to transfer C.C.No.68 of 2019 from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee to any other Court in Tiruvallur District. Now, the case is on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. Hence, the prayer itself has become infructuous.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition and the same is allowed.

3. However, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram is directed to dispose of C.C.No.134 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
