The Sub Inspector of Police, Thanipadi Police Station, Tiruvannamalai Crime No.16 of 2020 Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3696 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1920 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a weeks, i.e., every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3696 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1920 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3696 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1920 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is directed to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
