This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.166 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard Mr.P.R.Dhinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Today Ms.S.Neelavathy, Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai is present. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.161 of 2010 was completed and the same has been closed as further action dropped. The closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on 23.05.2012.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
