ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to mutate the petitioner's father name DESAIYA in the revenue records to subject properties as pattadars deleting the existing entry of BOUGHT IN LAND pertaining to the properties ad-measuring 3.48 cents comprised in Survey No.51/5 of No.19 situate at Ramasamuthiram Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Tiruvalur District by considering the petitioner representation, dated 16.08.2021 within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation presented by the petitioner, dated 16.08.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
