2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.R.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents/claimants and he has no objection in allowing the petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, the petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the main appeals, if it is otherwise in order and post the same "for admission" and print the name of Mr.R.Navaneetha Krishnan as counsel for the respondents.
