Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11605 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further oders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.P.SAVIATH, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11605 of 2018 on 18.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11605 of 2018 on 18.04.2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by

this court in Crl.O.P.No.11605 of 2018 on 18.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
