ORDER

The petitioner herein is the named accused in Crime No.1 of 2024, wherein, it is alleged that the petitioner while working under Abi and Abi 1/4

Motors was responsible for collecting the EMI from the purchasers of the vehicle. During the audit, the audit team found that the EMI to the tune of Rs.27,00,000/- collected from the purchasers not been properly remitted to the account of the complainant. Hence the FIR has been registered and the petitioner was called for enquiry. 2.

Alleging that the petitioner is harassed by the police, the present petition is filed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has not been harassed, but only called for enquiry. Though the summon was issued on 12.03.2024, the petitioner has not cooperated with the investigation. 4.

In view of the said fact, this Court finds no merit in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 22.07.2024 Index : Yes/No rpl 2/4
