ORDER

In an application seeking electricity connection, filed sometime in 2009, the Authorities appeared to have acted on it after about 14 years and they have asked for certain clarification or information from the petitioner. The petitioner too claims that they have provided the same, and are awaiting for the decision of the respondent.

2.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board takes notice for the respondent. 3.According to the learned counsel for the respondent in case of electricity connection for agricultural activities, it is provided based on the seniority and as on today, the petitioner is placed in 78th place. 4.The Respondent is now required to consider the case of the petitioner as per norms followed in this regard.
