ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 323, 325, 334 r/w 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC by the respondent police in Crime No. Not known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.331 of 2020 against the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
