By order dated 09.11.2022, while recording the compromise, the Division bench had posted the matter for compliance, since certain formalities have to be completed. The learned counsel appearing for the parties would now submit that the formalities have been completed and the order of the Trial Court dissolving the marriage could be confirmed.

2.The said statement of the learned counsel is recorded and the order dated 09.11.2022 is complied with.
