This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.788 of 2021 registered by the first respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 406 of IPC, 1860 as against the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that already investigation has been completed in Cr.No.788 of 2021 and filed a final report before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 09.06.2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for, in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.09.2022 Vv To 2/4
