ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to pay subsistence allowance for the period of the petitioner 1/4

suspension from 02.09.2022 to 30.06.2023 by considering the petitioner representation dated 09.06.2023.

2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is working as Superintendent of Marked Additional Charge in Ulundurpet Regulated Marked and he was suspended vide order dated 02.09.2022, however, he has not been paid with the subsistence allowance so far. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 09.06.2023, however, the same has not been considered.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2023 and release the subsistence allowance as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
