Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that though he filed C.M.P.No.17765 of 2022 to stay the order of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, passed in H.M.O.P.No.1661 of 2020, he is not pressing the said C.M.P. and made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, C.M.P.No.17765 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
