ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.4 and 5 and his officials not to harass the petitioners and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a business dispute, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
