CR.NO.79/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks to this petitioner to surrender before the lower court in pursuance with order dated 01.03.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.6362 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.P.SAVITHA, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [ CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court, the petitioner/accused has filed this petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to illness, the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court within the time fixed by this Court and hence, some more time may be granted to comply with the order of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, one week further time is granted to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6362 of 2018 dated 01.03.2018.
