Respondents (R6 suo motu impleaded vide order dated 28.01.2022) PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 4th and 5th respondents Email Communication dated 31.05.2021 and to quash the same and directing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose the representation dated 09.09.2021 and consequently directing the 4th and 5th respondents herein to take appropriate steps in order to admit and continue to pursue the education of the petitioner's son in to the 4th and 5th respondents schools and to pass order on merits and in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court.
