ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents herein to issue computerized patta and Chitta in his favour in respect of lands to an extent of 1.51 acres comprised in Survey No.138/2 situated at Kodiyalam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on the basis of his representation dated 12.03.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that patta has been granted in favour of the fourth respondent. Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the fourth respondent, the merits of the allegation made by the petitioner against the fourth respondent in the petition are not gone into and it is left open to be considered by the authority concerned.
It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation on 12.03.2012 and the same has not been disposed of till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Considering the above fact, there will be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order and also a copy of the earlier representation and other records in support of his claim to the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
