O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to register a case against Mrs.B.Beaula, W/o. Mr.Hari Kishore, Mr.Hari Kishore and Mr.B.A.Nambi based on the complaint dated 03.12.2018 given by the petitioner to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Crime), Kotturpuram forwarded to the Respondent and conduct the investigation as per the procedure established by law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
