This petition has been filed to restore the CRP which was dismissed on 30.07.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, the petition is allowed, on payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed, without any reference to this Court.

5. On payment of cost, Registry is directed to restore the CRP and post the same for hearing on 13.09.2022.
