Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, in pursuant to the contempt petitions, the respondents deposited the entire amount before this Registry including the admitted amount and disputed amount. 3.

In view of the above submissions, this Court issues a direction to the Registry to release the admitted amount to the petitioners along with interest and to deposit the disputed amount in the interest bank account in the nationalized bank.
