Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in WP.no.31599 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 in accordance with provisions of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India.

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order passed in WP.no.31599 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to conduct enquiry in respect of the subject matter of the aforesaid writ petition and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced order dated 08.07.2025 of the respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.no.31599 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 08.07.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 08.07.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
