Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth[1 to 4] Respondents to consider the representation dated 23.02.2019 of the Petitioner to issue the family pension and other benefits which Petitioner husband P.Bakiyanathan is entitled to.

Heard Mr.K.Venkateswaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mrs.C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, Mr. G.Saravanakumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second to Fourth Respondents and Mr. V.S.Jagadeesan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the representation dated 23.02.2019 made by the Petitioner to pay family pension and other benefits due to the the husband of Petitioner, viz., P.Bakiyanathan.

When it is pointed out that the Petitioner cannot seek any relief from the First to Fourth Respondents and would have to work out her rights against the Fifth Respondent before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to resort to that procedure. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
