O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 12.11.2024 passed in W.P.No.28069 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by M/s.Madhuri Donti Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the respondents contemnor have complied with the order passed by this court and accordingly, issued proceedings bearing No.TNPCB/Per/P6/023157/2017, dated 29.07.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the consequential monetary benefits pursuant to the proceedings dated 29.07.2025 have not been received by the petitioner so far.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents will pay all the amounts payable to the petitioner in terms of the proceedings dated 29.07.2025 within a period of three weeks from today.

5. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed, directing the

respondents to pay the amounts due under the proceedings dated 29.07.2025 to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today. In case, if the respondents fail to pay the said amount, it is open for the petitioner to seek reopening of this contempt petition.
