Agriculture, Chepauk, Chennai in Ka.Pa.Ni.1/82275/2019 dated 03.07.2019 in transferring the petitioner who is Assistant Agricultural Officer from Karunguzhi, Cuddalore District as Assistant Agricultural Officer at Kelambakkam, Kanchipuram District within a period of three years violating G.O.Ms.No.10 (P&AR) Department, dated 07.01.1994 and quash the same and permit the petitioner to continue as Assistant Agricultural Officer at Karunguzhi in the Office of the Assistant Director of Agriculture, Kurinjipalayam, Cuddalore District.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the petitioner has completed three years of service in the present Station pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court and therefore, the matter became infructuous.
