ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.6869 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected, through Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11563/G/E1/2023 dated 04.09.2023.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
