ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3230 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025. 1/4

2. When the matter came up for hearing, both the petitioner and the respondent appeared together. They submitted that the issue has been amicably settled at the village level and that there will not be any issues in future.

3. Even though a contempt petition is between the Court and the contemnor, considering the overall peace in the locality, I am inclined to accept the said compromise between the parties and in view of the subsequent compromise, the conduct that was brought to the notice of the Court need not be termed as willful. In any event, an unconditional apology has also been tendered to the Court.

4. Accepting the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. 24.11.2025 2/4
