Even today (31.10.2017), though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. There is also no representation for the respondent. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
