ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3821 of 2023, thereby directed the second respondent to approve the proposal sent by the Correspondent, Danish Mission Elementary School, Vilvarayanatham, Cuddaore, for appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the school with effect from the date of her appointment forthwith, with all attendant benefits including arrears of salary and allowances.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent approved the appointment of the petitioner by its proceedings dated 19.08.2025. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 19.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
