This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in order dated 28.02.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2655 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26723 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
