Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records from the second respondent in his auction notice CEP. No.112/0203, dated 27.11.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to waive the entire interest, penal interest and charges so far charged and receive the principle amount from the petitioner and return back the original patta issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu to the Petitioner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the auction notice CEP.No.112/0203, dated 27.11.2009 and direct the respondents to waive the entire interest, penal interest and charges so far charged and receive the prinicpal amount from the petitioner and return back the original patta issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu to the Petitioner.

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 08.08.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 09.08.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
